Kayla Craig graduated from Drake University (in 3 years!) with a B.A. in Magazine Journalism from Drake's well-known School of Journalism & Mass Communication.

Ever the overachiever, she minored in Sociology and English, and has been writing professionally for more than 15 years.

Though she does not report much these days, she still freelance edits and ghostwrites on a case-by-case basis for national outlets (when she's not chasing her children).
